There are two types of Beach Retreat Flats available: Ground Floor Flats and First Floor Flats.
All offer parking, WiFi, and access to the Mini Lido swimming pool (June - September).

- Small entrance hall with storage cupboard and coat hooks.
- Lounge/diner with seating for 4, large Smart TV, sliding doors to patio area.
- Kitchen with electric cooker, fridge with icebox, toaster, microwave, kettle, and washing machine.
Hallway leading to:
- Bathroom with WC, basin, shower over bath.
- Bedroom 1 with a standard double bed, sliding doors to patio area.
- Bedroom 2 with 2 single beds.
Outdoor space:
Spacious outdoor patio area with picnic table and washing line.
First Floor Flats
Sleep up to 6 guests
No pets
The accommodation comprises of:
- Small entrance hall with storage cupboard and coat hooks.
- Lounge/diner with seating for 6, large Smart TV, sliding doors to patio area.
- Kitchen with electric cooker, fridge with icebox, toaster, microwave, kettle, and washing machine.
Hallway leading to:
- Bathroom with WC, basin, shower over bath.
- Bedroom 1 with a standard double bed, bunk beds, sliding doors to patio area.
- Bedroom 2 with 2 single beds.
Outdoor space:
West-facing balcony with table and chairs, and washing line.

Parking
Private off-road parking is guaranteed free of charge for 1 car per Beach Retreat; additional parking may be available.

Included:
Bed linen and towels (please bring your own beach towels), kitchen crockery, pans, and cutlery. Please bring cooking basic cooking supplies such as cooking oil, salt, pepper, and any desired spices. Private off-road parking is guaranteed free of charge for 1 car per Beach Retreat; additional parking may be available.
Swimming pool:
The Mini Lido is a few steps from your Beach Retreat. The swimming pool is open June - September, from 8am - 8pm (no lifeguard). Unlimited access is included in your stay.
Internet and Telephone:
Mobile reception may not be available on some networks. Please check with your provider prior to booking. WiFi is included.
Pets:
Up to 2 well-behaved dogs are welcome in Ground Floor Flats. Pet charge: Dogs stay for £70 per week, or £10 per night on shorter breaks (for up to 2 dogs).
How to book
During the spring/summer and school holidays:
A minimum 7-night stay applies to all Beach Retreat self-catering accommodation. Check-in days are Sunday or Monday. To book online, choose your preferred dates (starting Sunday or Monday), and add your guests. The search results will display the best available accommodation for your stay.
During autumn/winter:
A minimum 3-night stay applies to all Beach Retreat self-catering accommodation. Check-in days are flexible. To book online, choose your preferred dates, and add your guests. The search results will display the best available accommodation for your stay.
If booking more than 7 weeks in advance, simply pay a small deposit (25% maximum) to secure your booking.

Beach Retreat Flats have a spacious open-plan family lounge-diner and kitchen as well as either a large balcony or spacious patio.
The Flats are a short walk from the sandy fun of Woolacombe Beach, and just a hop, skip, and a jump from the outdoor pool - The Mini Lido (open June - September).
Beach Retreat Flats feature a shower over the bath - perfect for bathtime with little ones! If you’d also like an additional shower room, check out the Beach Retreat Apartments.

Privately-managed, our little cluster of coastal homes has everything you need to feel at home and enjoy your self-catering break here in Woolacombe. Our accommodation is dog-friendly, family-friendly and perfectly located for exploring North Devon - the land of sandy toes and salty kisses.
Here are some things that are good to know:
Arrival: Friday or Sunday from 4pm.*
Check-out: Friday or Sunday at 9am.*
* These days apply to peak holidays; greater flexibility may be available for shorter breaks, or those in the low season.
Check-in: Keyless entry, your key code will be emailed the day before arrival.
Deposit: Pay just 25% (or less) to secure your stay, when you book at least 7 weeks in advance; balance is due 7 weeks before check-in.
Cancellation Policy: In the event of cancellation for self-catering accommodation, deposits are non-refundable and full payment will be retained if cancelled within 7 weeks of arrival. In the event that you decide, whilst staying with us, to leave before your confirmed date of departure there can be no refund for days not taken.
Pool hours: June - September, 8am - 8pm.
Location: The Beach Retreats are located within the heart of Woolacombe village, about five minutes’ walk from the sands of Woolacombe Beach - the walk back from the beach is uphill, but isn’t too punishing. Click here for further location details…
Parking: Parking for one car per Flat is guaranteed; additional parking may be available.
Surf hire: Surf hire etc is available in the village.
Shopping: There is a convenience store with a Post Office, a chemist, and various take-aways in the village. The nearest large supermarket is Tesco in Ilfracombe (10-15 minutes’ drive), but food deliveries can be organised from various supermarket chains.
Packing: Bathroom towels are provided, as is bed linen, but please pack beach towels. Your kitchen has crockery, cutlery, and pans, but please pack washing up liquid, and condiments such as cooking oil, seasoning, and spices etc.
Family-friendly stays: Please contact us in advance if you require a high chair or cot in your accommodation. Cots are supplied including linen.
Dog-friendly stays: Ground-floor Flats offer dog-friendly accommodation in Woolacombe. Please pack your pups’ favourite bowl, bed, toys, and lead. Up to 2 dogs can stay per Flat (£70 per week for up to 2 dogs, or £10 per night for short stays).
WiFi: Free WiFi is available in all Beach Retreat Flats.
